    Exports and Webhooks


    Standard Export Service#

    Banyan Technology offers several exports for receiving your shipments and tracking information in JSON or XML format.

    Event Processing#

    Exports can be triggered when certain load events take place. Triggers usually revolve around the shipment status. FTP exports can be initiated when a load is Created, Booked, Unbooked, Dispatched, Delivered, or Canceled along with other criteria.

    Export types#

    Exports can be sent via Webhook or to an FTP Server. Basic authenication can be configured for either process.
